THIS DYNAMICANGLING PRIVACY POLICY (“PRIVACY POLICY”) APPLIES TO HOW WE COLLECT, USE AND PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AND, IN LIMITED INSTANCES, SPECIAL PERSONAL INFORMATION. PLEASE READ THIS PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY.

1.1.1 DynamicAngling (“DynamicAngling”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates a mobile application available on Android and iOS platforms (the “App”). DynamicAngling is a responsible party as defined in the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”).

1.1.2 We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that personal information is processed lawfully, reasonably, and transparently.

1.1.4 This Privacy Policy describes how we process Personal Information collected through:

• use of the App;account creation;transactions;communications with us; andrelated services.

1.1.5 This Privacy Policy must be read together with DynamicAngling’s Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict, this Privacy Policy prevails to the extent of personal information processing.

2. Consent and lawful processing

2.1 We process Personal Information in accordance with section 11 of POPIA on one or more of the following lawful bases:

• performance of a contract;compliance with legal obligations;legitimate business interests; andyour voluntary, specific, and informed consent (where required).

2.2 Where permitted by law, we may process Personal Information, or required to do so by applicable law, process your Personal Information without your knowledge or permission, if sufficient grounds of justification are present, and we will do so in accordance with the further provisions of this Privacy Policy.

2.3 If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you must discontinue use of the App.

3. What is Personal Information?

3.1 “Personal Information” means information relating to an identifiable, living natural person or juristic person, as defined in POPIA.

3.2 Depending on how you use the App, we may process the following categories of Personal Information:

• Identity Information: name, username, profile details;

• Contact Information: email address, phone number, physical address;

• Financial Information: transaction references (payment details are processed by third-party payment service providers);

• Technical Information: IP address, device identifiers, operating system;

• Usage Information: features used, interactions, session duration;

• Location Information: general location derived from IP address or device settings;

• Communications Information: customer support queries and correspondence.

3.3 Aggregated or anonymised information is not regarded as Personal Information unless it can reasonably be re-identified.

4. Special Personal Information

4.1 DynamicAngling does not intentionally process Special Personal Information, unless:

• required by law; oryou have deliberately made such information public.

4.2 Where Special Personal Information is processed, we apply appropriate safeguards as required by POPIA.

5. How we collect Personal Information

5.1 We collect Personal Information:

• directly from you when you register or use the App;automatically through app analytics and device data; andfrom third-party payment service providers confirming transactions.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

6.1 The App uses:

• essential technologies required for functionality;analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics);optional performance and advertising technologies.

6.2 Non-essential technologies are used only with your consent, which may be managed through your device or app settings.

7. How we use your Personal Information

We process Personal Information to:

• create and manage user accounts and profiles;compile statistical and analytical data relating to App usage;provide, maintain, and improve App functionality and services;process transactions;communicate service-related notices and updates;detect, prevent, and address fraud, security breaches, misuse, or unauthorised access;comply with legal and regulatory obligations;inform you of changes to the App, this Privacy Policy, or related terms; andperform other lawful, reasonable, and non-excessive activities related to our business operations.

8. Mandatory information and consequences of non-provision

8.1 Certain information is mandatory, including:

• name;email address.

8.2 Failure to provide mandatory information may result in inability to create an account or access core features of the App.

9. Sharing of Personal Information

9.1 We do not sell Personal Information.

9.2 We may share Personal Information with:

• cloud hosting and infrastructure providers;payment service providers;analytics service providers; andregulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law.

9.3 All third parties are required to implement confidentiality and POPIA-compliant safeguards.

10. Storage and cross-border transfers

10.1 Personal Information may be stored on servers operated by third-party service providers.

10.2 Where Personal Information is transferred outside the Republic of South Africa, we ensure compliance with section 72 of POPIA through appropriate contractual and security safeguards.

11. Security measures

11.1 We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect Personal Information, including:

• encryption;access controls; andsecure infrastructure.

11.2 No system is completely secure. To the extent permitted by law, DynamicAngling is not liable for unauthorised access beyond its reasonable control.

11.3 We will notify affected users and the Information Regulator where required by law in the event of a security compromise.

12. Retention of Personal Information

12.1 Personal Information is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy or as required by law.

12.2 Thereafter, Personal Information is securely deleted or anonymised.

13. Accuracy and updating of information

13.1 You are responsible for ensuring that your Personal Information is accurate and up to date.

13.2 You may request correction or updating of Personal Information at any time.

14. Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your Personal Information;request correction or deletion;object to processing;withdraw consent where applicable; andlodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after publication of updates constitutes acceptance.

16.1 The App is not intended for children under the age of 13.

16.2 We do not knowingly process Personal Information of children without lawful consent.

17. Direct marketing

17.1 Electronic direct marketing communications are sent only where permitted by law and with appropriate consent.

17.2 You may opt out at any time.

18. Third-party services

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party applications, services, or websites linked through the App.

19. Applicable law

This Privacy Policy is subject to POPIA, the Consumer Protection Act, and all applicable South African law. Nothing in this Privacy Policy limits any rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

20. Governing law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
