These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DynamicAngling mobile application and related services (the "App").

By registering, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the App immediately.

1. About DynamicAngling

DynamicAngling is a digital platform and social fishing application designed to allow passionate anglers to locate water bodies, log catches, share gear and tactics, and participate in community angling discussions.

DynamicAngling provides digital tools and community information only. The App does not provide professional navigation, marine safety, weather forecasting, or legal angling permissions.

2. User Accounts & Security

• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• You may delete your account and data at any time via Settings → Delete Account.

3. Community Guidelines & Acceptable Use

You agree to use DynamicAngling lawfully, respectfully, and in accordance with angling ethics:

• Do not upload unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or pornographic content.
• Do not post misleading catches, stolen photographs, or fraudulent fishing records.
• Do not attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or compromise the security of our application or APIs.
• Always practice catch and release where required and treat aquatic ecosystems with respect.

4. User-Generated Content & Location Sharing

• You retain ownership of the photos, catch descriptions, and data you submit to DynamicAngling.
• By posting content publicly, you grant DynamicAngling a non-exclusive license to display, index, and organize such content within the app community.
• You are solely responsible for verifying access rights, permits, and permissions for any fishing spot you visit. DynamicAngling is not responsible for trespassing, injuries, or disputes.

5. In-App Subscriptions (Pro Tier)

• DynamicAngling offers optional subscription tiers providing advanced map layers, AI catch recognition, and historical analytics.
• Subscriptions are processed via Google Play In-App Billing or Apple App Store. Payments are subject to the terms of your platform account.
• You may cancel subscriptions at any time via your device's app store subscription management settings.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DynamicAngling is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app, fishing activities, water access, or equipment reliance.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, subject to the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
